Who We Are

Peggy grew up coming to Long Beach Island all her life, every summer. She knew it was her home when she saw that tiny little building in Harvey Cedars 33 years ago. She decided to open up shop, start catering, and building her gourmet store. She built her house in High Bar Harbor years later, raising two kids while juggling a business.

Evidently, she never went to culinary school but became self-taught as she traveled her way through her 20s, cooking at the Four Seasons in Nevis, High Lawn Pavilion in West Orange, and catering New York City. Through her travels and cooking along side all different people, cultures and cuisines, she undertook a diverse palate which shows in her food.

She is undoubtedly talented and can assist you in creating an amazing event that wont be forgotten. We offer staff, help with rentals and tents, and guidance with planning.
